Specifications

Design and Development		We use two CAD systems\|Solid Works and AutoCAD specification review on all new jobs\|Prototypes and samples as required.

Materials		Cold Rolled Steel\|Stainless Steel\|Sheet Metal\|Tubing\|Wire

Gauges		Wire sizes range from .060" to .500" diameter; sheet metal ranges from .020" to .250" thick.

Tolerances		+.030" is standard; down to +.010" where practical.

Manipulation		Straightening\|Cutting\|Forming\|Bending\|Resistance Welding\|MIG Welding\|TIG Welding\|Beading\|Coining\|Stamping\|Swaging\|Punching\|Threading\|Drilling\|Milling\|Chamfering\|Ring-Coiling

Finishes Available		Chrome\|Nickel\|Zinc Plating\|Powder Coating and Vinyl Dips\|Passivated and Electropolished Stainless Steel

Tool Room		Fully equipped tool room allows for complete in-house tooling and fixturing.

Quality Control		Fully equipped QC lab working to ISO 9001 standard.

Packaging		Assembly, labeling, packouts and drop-shipments as required.
